Over the years, especially among young men (women on the other hand seek ways of flushing sperm after sex) , they always search for ways to last long on bed naturally, just to impress or satisfy their partner(s). This constant search results from catching fun or an underlining health challenges.

To start with, it’s important to know that so many young men out there are battling from erectile dysfucntion, low sperm count, weak erection, quick ejaculation, watering sperm and among other infectious diseases.

Due to these, they find it hard to satisfy their partner sexually, and this poses a big problem in their relationship(s).

With that being said, let me outline some reasons why men and at times women wish to last long on bed;

  3. Increased confidence
  4. To avoid performance anxiety
  5. Self-satisfaction

However, when itcomes to lasting long on bed, it cuts across so many individuals – clergies, business oriented, students, young and matured. It’s a problem people are facing irrespective of their class, age and social status.

Also important is the fact that we need to look into some of the key reasons I believed made people not to last long on bed;

  1. Watching of pornographies or eroctic movies
  2. Masturbating
  3. Sexual excitement
  4. Lack of strenght i.e lack of healthy living and eating
  5. Health challenges

How To Last Long On Bed Naturally?

Although there are ways people used to last long on bed such as the use of Viagram, Tramadol and delay spray(s), but all these poses its own dangers or health risks because they are not naturally made.

Hence the need for natural methods of lasting long on bed becomes important. Well, to actually last longer on bed, many people have resorted to the use of alcohol (such as Action bitters, Alomo bitters, Odogwu bitters, Kaikai, beers among others), Bitter cola, Buruntashi (an alledged Hausa powerful manpower), Honey, Akamu or Pap, Tiger nut drink, Guiness stout, coconut water, Kolos, SK, etc before engaging in sexual intercourse.

But what happens if I tell you that there are some sure and healthy ways or practices that can help one last longer on bed?

To start with, make sure to eat well and healthy. Also, engage in pelvic exercises and healthy lifestyles.

Now, here is the key in order to last longer on bed. Don’t jump into having sexual intercourse whenever you wish to have fun, rather get yourself relaxed, take your time for foreplay, ignore the temporary excitement and make sure to remove your mind from the fun you are about to have.

Here, taking your time for foreplay is crucial and it helps kill any form of quick ejaculation. In addition, although I don’t recommend it, is the method of ejaculating before engaging in any sexual intercourse. It relaxes your nerves and help you get prepared.

And to crown it all, make sure to use CONDOM because it helps you last long and as well protects you from infections/diseases.
